Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. Simply contact us at alloccult@alloccult.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll handle it—no need to return the item.

Wrong Size or Color

Since our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to help find a solution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Right Of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to custom-made products that are personalized or made to order.

Since all our products are custom-made specifically for each order, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

You still have full protection: if your item arrives with manufacturing defects or damage, we will provide a free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery as described below.
